The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between business innovation and environmental sustainability in the production processes of the CEPROAA Cooperative, located in the district of Cajaruro, Amazonas region, in the year 2025. It was developed under a quantitative applied approach, with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional cut, and correlational scope. The sample was set at 186 participants, including producer members and staff linked to the cooperative, and the structured questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale was applied. The data was processed using SPSS software, employing descriptive statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, and Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient. The results showed a positive and statistically significant correlation between business innovation and environmental sustainability (r = 0.327; p < 0.05), which represents a direct low-intensity association of the variables. Additionally, significant relationships were identified between innovation in production processes and resource use efficiency, environmental technological innovation and the reduction of environmental impact, as well as between sustainable organizational management and eco-efficient practices; in contrast, no statistically significant relationship was found between innovation in sustainable products and waste management. It is concluded that business innovation is significantly associated with environmental sustainability in the analyzed cooperative, although with a limited level of intensity.
