Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre la calidad del servicio público y la gestión del talento humano en el personal de la Municipalidad Provincial de Condorcanqui, Amazonas, durante el año 2025. El estudio se desarrolló bajo una metodología de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño correlacional, utilizando como muestra a 190 servidores públicos y 381 ciudadanos, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados evidenciaron que la selección del talento mantiene una relación positiva moderada-alta y estadísticamente significativa con la calidad del servicio público (Rho = 0,613; p = 0,000). Asimismo, la capacitación del personal presentó una relación positiva moderada y significativa con la calidad del servicio (Rho = 0,582; p = 0,000). De igual manera, la evaluación del desempeño mostró una relación positiva moderada-alta y significativa (Rho = 0,650; p = 0,000). Por otro lado, la motivación organizacional registró una relación positiva moderada y significativa con la calidad del servicio (Rho = 0,532; p = 0,000). Finalmente, la retención del talento humano presentó la relación más alta con la calidad del servicio (Rho = 0,697; p = 0,000). En conclusión, se determinó que existe una relación positiva moderada y estadísticamente significativa entre la gestión del talento humano y la calidad del servicio público (Rho = 0,617; p
= 0,000), confirmando que una gestión integral del talento humano es un factor clave para la mejora sostenida del servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial de Condorcanqui.
The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between public service quality and human talent management among the staff of the Provincial Municipality of Condorcanqui, Amazonas, during the year 2025. The study was developed using a basic methodology, with a quantitative approach and correlational design, using a sample of 191 public servants and 381 citizens, who were given a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results showed that talent selection has a moderate-high and statistically significant positive relationship with the quality of public service (Rho = 0.613; p = 0.000). Likewise, staff training showed a moderate positive and significant relationship with service quality (Rho = 0.582; p = 0.000). Similarly, performance evaluation showed a moderate-high positive and significant relationship (Rho = 0.650; p = 0.000). On the other hand, organizational motivation showed a moderate and significant positive relationship with service quality (Rho = 0.532; p = 0.000). Finally, human talent retention showed the highest relationship with service quality (Rho = 0.697; p = 0.000). In conclusion, it was determined that there is a moderate and statistically significant positive relationship between human talent management and the quality of public service (Rho = 0.617; p = 0.000), confirming that comprehensive human talent management is a key factor for sustained service improvement in the Provincial Municipality of Condorcanqui.
